Arai Kisaku

Kisaku Arai is a veteran mangaka who was serializied in Jump. He was let go from Jump when Azuma was about to get serialized, but due to Nanamine's assistance, will be serialized again.

His manga debuted in the issue of Jump before Detective Trap. It is called Cheese Okaki. Its first chapter got 3rd place in the reader polls, and its second chapter got 9th place. It was recently revealed that he worked as an assistant for Mikihiko Azuma.

Personality

Arai is friendly, mostly getting along well with whoever he meets. Out of all the characters in the series, he is perhaps the most ordinary. Judging from the manga that he drew, as well as his perpetual smile, he most likely specializes in comedies and gag manga.

Appearance

Arai wears glasses and has hair similar to Takahama's.

Manga

When Arai was still a contributor, he always drew romantic comedies.

Cheese Okaki's second chapter only manages to reach 9th place and as such, is cancelled early on, prompting Takagi and Mashiro to rework Detective Trap.

Hustleman A was easily accepted for serialization. It was likely cancelled later, giving rise to Mosoutsukai Moshimo.

Boy E, Girl B came in 3rd with 172 votes in the Super Leaders Love Fest.
